Mama Jane Update
As most of you know, my mom went in for a double mastectomy with reconstruction yesterday. She went in about 7:30 am and wasn't fully out of surgery until close to midnight. It was a long day and my dad was there the whole time. He was able to update us every few hours, which put my mind at ease. Well the surgery went according to plan! We are so thankful to hear that. My dad spent the night and she's awake now and in good spirits. Thank you everyone for your love and support, positive thoughts and prayers!! She's definitely a fighter. We're hoping to have her home from the hospital sometime around Monday. It's nice to have some type of relief from this :)

ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear! She is one strong woman! You are all fighters, she couldnt do it without such an amazing family! Plus she has her little namesake to fight for now too! Praying she has a fast and pain free as possible recovery! Cant wait to rub your belly and give Ellie J a little love :)
